Rarel sighed as he walked, his modern fashion style contradicting with the area more. Although this area was all about magic, he still had a sword with him. "Magic can't always be relied upon." the half-fairy said to himself.
As he walked he soaked in the beauty of nature. The trees nearby, the clear, lapping waves, and the bright, white sand. He'd just arrived and, although he knew he should get to the school, he also wanted to swim.
His bag over his shoulder had boardshorts in it and he kept glancing out at the water and fingering the bottom of his hoodie sweater. He was longing to take it off, change and then get in the water. Rarel shook off the temptation.
The boy did however pull off his sweater to reveal a light blue t-shirt with a white bar across the chest. He stuffed it in his bag and began walking towards the forest, looking for a path.

Kameron Wiles walked slowly along the shorline, her bare feet sinking into the soft, smooth sand with each step she took. Analyzing her surroundings, she noticed a boy nearby. She was too far away to view his face well, so she took a few quicker paces forward.
She continued at a steady pace, getting closer. After a few more steps she stepped into the water, shallow up to her ankles. "Um, 'scuse me?" she said, looking at the person. "Am I interrupting anything, or is it okay if you have some company for a bit?"

Rarel jumped slightly and turned to the new comer. "Uh sure I guess. No reason why not."
As he spoke he pulled off his t-shirt also and stuffed it in his bag. "It's really hot today." he said, fanning himself and letting the wind cool his bare torso. "So, what's your name?" he asked.

"Kameron Wiles. Kam, for short." The air was rather warm for this time of year, but the cool breeze off the sea felt refreshing. She shuffled her feet slightly in the warm sand. "And yours?" she asked.

"Rarel Umbyrn." he replied as he walked. He blinked rapidly, feeling one of his other personalities coming out. "And my how radiant you are." Rarel said, his romantic, flirtatious one out. "A certain charm I would say."

Kam blushed a little, not knowing what to say other thank a simple and quiet "Thanks." She looked out over the sea. "It is beautiful, isn't it?" she said, gazing out at the gleaming water.

"Much like you, my dearest." Rarel said with a smile. When he next spoke he sounded like he had earlier. "Er sorry about that. I have multiple personalities."

Kameron laughed. "That's okay." She kicked her foot in the sand. "So, how do you like Krystle?" she asked.

"It's pretty cool. I want to swim, but I know I should really get to the school first." he said. He ran a hand through his blonde hair and sighed. "I can't find the path to it though."

"Oh, it's right up that way," Kameron said, nodding toward a long stone pathway leading up to the huge castle. It was hard to see from a distance, but it was just barely visable from where they were standing.
"I'll help you get back to the school when you want to. But for right now I'd rather be outside here, the weather is so nice," she said, the wind whipping her smooth hair around her face.
