De arrived at the Flying Fields, sprinting past the rental brooms. He had something much better in mind. Mieux running by his side, he thought hard, preparing to change Mieux's form.
Aerial! Hades Flame Phoenix!
Mieux's fur began to burn away, as the ground around him turned to ash. The ash began to spark, and a flurry of large, crimson feathers were sent flying in every direction. From the ashes rose a phoenix, covered in black flames. Phoenix Mieix darted into the sky, leaving a trail of dark fire in its wake. He then nosedived to the ground, pulling up at the last second, landing next to De.
De jumped on Mieux's inferno of a back, completely unharmed. "Let's fly boy!", he shouted, causing Mieux to take off once more, soaring through the clouds.
I wonder if I will see anyone..

Kameron Wiles marched out onto a large, wide open flying field, a glamorous broomstick firmly grasped in her right hand, poking the ground with the bottom of it with every step she took. She mounted her broom, kicked off, and zoomed up into the air. Peering around, she spotted sombody. She flew over to him. "Hi," she greeted the stranger.

De was startled upon hearing the girl's greeting, almost falling of his broom. Regaining his composure, he turned to the fellow flyer, giving her a friendly smile. "Hello there. Nice day for a fly, isn't it...?.....By the way, I'm Desespoir. You can call me De, though..."
Hmm...nice broom...

"Kameron Wiles. Nice to meet you, De," she said. "It is really nice out," she agreed to De's comment about the nice flying weather. She swooped around practicing her sharp turns and speed.
"So, let's see what you've got," she said, beckoning for De to show off some of his flying skills, whether they be a high level of talent or not.

De watched Kameron's display, taking note of her form. She was a pretty good flyer, easily overshadowing the brilliance of her broom.
She's good..
De grinned at Kameron, replying, "Watch!..And be a-mazed!" He then leaned down into Mieux's feathers as he took off, accelerating straight up. As the phoenix flew, he spit black fire, which remained in place. Mieux then did a barrel roll, before making a sideways V, still spewing his unique flames. He then dived down, spiraling, creating a large ball.
Surveying is work, Mieux flew up once more, flying a few swift curves. He then flew next to Kameron, squawking proudly. Pointing to the path of flames, De commented, Look! Pretty nifty, eh? The 'pretty nifty' thing that De was speaking of was Kameron's initials in glowing black flames, which lit up the blue sky.
Hmm...that W's a little off, though...

Kameron laughed. She was impressed. She didn't even noticed the crooked 'W'. "That's awesome," she said, still giggling, admiring her named in the air. She flew up between the letters, making them fade together and slowly disappear. "Can you show me another? That was really cool." She hoped De would display another trick, whether it was writing in the sky or not, she wanted to be entertained.

De blushed. He just wasn't used to compliments or encouragement of any mind. "Umm...thanks! Of course I can.", replied De, beaming. He looked up to the sky, feeling his powers return. Now that the initial weakness after the form activation was gone, De could really put on a show. Flying up high, Mieux shot down at breakneck speeds, before making a sharp right turn. The phoenix then went in a circle, spewing small balls of flame.
The flames suspending in air momentarily, De acted. He quickly conjured a large chunk of wood, floating it in air. "Mieux, go!", commanded De, causing Mieux to dart towards the wood. Mieux's beak caught fire right before it ran into the chunk, splitting and catching it on fire.
Small pieces of wood flew in every direction, crashing into each of the fireballs. The circle of flame was engulfed once more in black fire, before exploding into a raging, fiery ring. Mieux then flew above the ring, letting out of booming roar. De then jumped off of Mieux's back, falling through the ring.
The phoenix, engulfed in black flame, swooped down to De. The boy landed on Mieux's back, grinning at Kameron. "Ta-dah!", he announced, a little on the exhausted side.
Phew!

Kameron laughed again. It was entertaining to watch her new friend do these things. Let's see if I can do something..." she said, whispering a spell while tapping her wand on the end of her broomstick. She whizzed in spirals in the air, creating a cone-like vortex of colorful smoke material. The vortex appeared to be spinning, creating a beautiful twist of colors.
Kameron laughed. I guess I'm not all that great," she said, though she did admire her "art" if you could call it that. She just thought it wasn't great compared to De's talents with broom spells.

Maria entered the pitch, still pale and weak from her last powers experience. She didnt ever want to use them again. She was afraid of herself. Looking up, she saw Kam and De. Flying. And she was afraid of heights. Great.
She walked over to a broomshed, and hesitantly got one out. She had never flown one before. Mounting it, she began to rise. Feeling unsteady, she tried to stop, but it kept going. It shot into the air, flying way past Kam and De. Realising why it was going so fast, she stopped hugging the broom, and sat straight up. It stopped, hovering where it was. Now, she was afraid of flying to. Gosh, she was afraid of everyhting nowdays.

"Wha--was that--Maria?!" Kameron said, zooming over to where Maria's rental broom hovered. "Maria, are you all right? It looks like you've never flown before!" said Kam, not knowing that maria never HAD flown before.
