There was a slamming sound, which was Kros' fist connecting to the wall behind him.
"I need a plan FAST! Every moment, Kairi is falling further into that Demonic Bastard's influence! I need to save her... I have to save her..."
He said, the last part more to himself than Kameron. It was his fault that Kairi had joined. He'd hoped dearly that Kairi would follow him to the side that chose him, and she did, and that was a choice Kros regretted with all of his heart.
Kameron's face fell into a look of sympathy for Kros, and her friend, Kairi. "Okay, okay, let me think for a moment..." she stammered awkwardly, feeling as though her brain were throbbing. Kros looked as though his heart was greatly suffering a horrible emotional pain. She could somehow feel it, as the vibration from the loud CRACK of Kros's punch to the wall sent shivers up and down her spine.
"We can take him by surprise, for sure. As I suggested--I could have a loyal Pure schedule a meeting at the battlegrounds to meet with Illya and have a fair duel, good against evil, and unexpectedly, Illya will be faced by all those against his selfish, foolish ways--you, me, and any others we can round up. If you've been outside lately--seen the cloud--it's been darkened. And I know your allegience be4longs to the Demons, but if the cloud continues to darken, it will mean that Illya's powers are overtaking not only the Purity, but other Demonics as well. We have to lighten up the cloud--at least for now. We'll set up a battle, and take the fool by surprise. How's that sound, so far?" she asked hopefully. Though it was made up right off the top of her head, it just might work. it just might be able to save Kairi, the Pures, and even the Demons.
Kameron studied Kros's growing smile as it stretched across his face. "What exactly do you have in mind?" she wondered. Her plan was a little out there, but not impossible. She did understand that it would likely have to be only she and him in on the plan, or as Kros brought up--Illya would raise the others as his followers.
As she awaited his reply, she examined the dent/crack he hd made in the wall. There was a big intend right where his fist had struck the stone, and numerous cracks branching out of it.
(Oh yea, doesn't mean that he can't know that people see through him)
Kros started to laugh then. One of those small laughs that got bigger and bigger, until it was full forced.
"Oh you couldn't even begin to imagine what I'm going to do to him... Something that would make even him cry and cower in fear..."
He said through his laugh, his eyes seeming to flash. If Kameron had bothered to look into them, she could probably see visions of bloody death and retribution that Kros would hand out. Rightly so, he was pretty damned pissed off.
Kameron viewed the dusty floor of the corridor as she endured the booming sound of Kros's whole-hearted cackle. "How, may I ask, do you plan to do that?" she asked, in a more timid voice that she had intended.
Kam peered around the corridor--from the ceiling to the walls to every corner and crevice as she waited for an answer.
As Kameron's head was turned, three long, clawed, blood red fingers slowly moved onto, over, and around Kameron's shoulder, gripping it gently.
"Why... I plan to use this..."
He replied, but in a much more hissing voice, kind of like the ones you hear in movies, and noise becoming silent as Kameron was slowly turned around.
Where the dark-skinned Kros once stood, was a monster. It stood two feet taller than Kros did before, on legs that bent back-wards, and on four-toed feet that each ended with a wicked talon, a fifth talon coming out of the heel.
Coming up to the waist, it was ringed with sharp, pointed spikes, each black as night, which made them look more like a belt on the blood-red skin.
There was also a tail, also black as night that whipped around behind him, ending with a brilliant red point on the end of it.
Up on the chest was a mixture of black and red skin, twirling among-st itself to form little patterns.
There were four arms, each elbow replaced with a curved, blade-like spine each one black as night. At the end of each hand were five long, delicate claws, that looked ready tor end flesh apart. One of these hands were on Kameron's shoulder.
At the shoulder, there was a ring of red spikes, more looking for show that anything else
And the head was curved in shape, like that of a Dragons, fire surrounding it completely. There were three rows of sharp teeth in the mandibles mouth, the bottom of the mouth cut out so you could literally see inside Kris' mouth with his mouth closed. The face looked equally freaky, but ti was the eyes that did the most unnerving. They were pure yellow, and they burned straight through the fire, filled with such a hatred that if looks could kill, every puppy in the world would die at once. The mandiabled mouth split apart, forming a demonicly evil smile, wide enough that through the crack of the upper two mandiables, and the lwoer two mandiables(Think Elite mouth from Halo), you could see straight down Kros' throat.
"Let's see him try to stop this..."
Kros had finally become his msot powerful, evil, and deadly form: Void Form.
It felt as though the rate of Kameron's heartbeat doubled in a matter of 3 seconds, as she witnessed the tranformation of the once good Kros into Void form. The Demonic power was getting to him--taking control. Illya had to be stopped, and fast, if there were to be any hope for the sake of Kairi, and all the other Demons under Illya's persuasion.
"Kros," she said, calmly, "Yes, it may threaten him to be the 'bigger' person, but all he will do is try to be even bigger, better, stronger, more powerful. And yes, your powers, too, may be helpful, but we will need more than that. A plan."
She paused to let a pile of thoughts crowd her her head. What if Illya somehow found out about their plotting? That would not be good... duh. What will happen if Illya's powers become too strong for Kros to resist being persuaded?" That would be even worse. Not jut Kairi, but the entire Demon alliance--and also all Krystle's purity--would be absorbed into the cloud and the Shield would be guarded forever, by of course, one Demonic dictator... Illya Ivanov. But.. what if we somehow are able to overthrow Illya's power by combining the forces from both Good and Evil whom are not under persuasion? Kameron had no cluehow they were ever going to get that to happen.
She let out a sigh of desperate desire to be in her dormitory, under her warm bed covers. It was getting late. With a rough clearing of her throat, Kam awaited a reply.
