"All right, I haven't really done anything yet so I'll just be waiting out here," Kameron replying contently, continuing to warm up on the mats.
After stretching and going over a few more warmup routines, Kam decided to go warmup over in the hologram area. She walked quickly over to the matted area and said her name aloud ("Kameron Katherine Wiles!"), leaving the magic of the holoroom to do the rest. In a few seconds, a life-size hologram appeared before her. The hologram blue and wavy, and Kam assumed this meant she would have to battle the power of water as her warmup. Water was her least favorite holograpm to battle--the hardest for a student who has fire powers.
Nevertheless, Kameron whipped out her wand, a smooth, glistening wooden wand with one crooked tilt where she grasped it. "Oh boy," the girl muttered under her breath as the hologram grew taller and taller. Kam noticed that this particular one was not a hologram of a human, more like some mythical creature from the sea. The holo looked as if it were inhailing a big breath, then began a tremendous blast of water toward Kam. "Blombadio! she said, remembering that this was a spell to use when a blast of water was heading straight for you--it simply created some sort of wavy blue shield that the water could not break through. She released the spell and the shield disappeared after the water stopped.
Water was the most difficuly hologram for a person of fire powers because water puts out fire, and only an overpowering amount of heat could evaporate the water from this hologram. For about five minutes Kam battles the holo, and at the end when she finally called surrender ("Surrender!"), the magic of the holoroom immediately made the hologram vanish.
Kam was wet and out of breath. She hoped that Ember would be done showering soon so that they could fight a hologram together instead of Kam by herself again.

((OOC: Hi! I'm back. ;D ))
Kameron bent over on a mat, catching her breath. She slowly sat down, taking deep breaths, and relaxed for a moment to let her powers regain some energy. Of course her powers never "ran out" or "died down" but occasionally when they were overused, her fire abilities would weaken and her powers would not be as strong if she did not let them rest over a long period of time. So, it was just habit for her to give herself a brief break after a "battle" or fight.
She waited for Ember and Maria to finish up in the locker rooms, stretching out on the mats, doing a few handtsnads and cartwheels.

Maria smiled. "I would love to join you guys. I think that I've had enough gymnastics for one day. I know that Ember knows my powers, but I think that I'll let you be surprised." Runnging for the bathroom, she fixed her hair, and got into her jeans and tee shirt.
Pullig her pony tail out, she came out of the bathroom. Picking up her bag, she walked over to the other girls. Watching Kam battle herself. well, actually a mythical hologram of herself, she was very impressed. Clapping when she was done, she said,"Wow! That was awesome. My turn."
Moving to the center of the holoroom, she said, "Maria Desmonda Thastria." It provided a life size character just like her, and she was a reddish color.
"Great. Fire. This is my favorite one!" The other girl ran away, to the other end of the room, and Maria squated down on the floor. She let her finger tips spread out and rest on the floor, then in one fluid motion, stood up and hundreds of vines sprang up with her, intwining themselves around her, lifting her up.
Her face stern, she said, "Tellaria!" The vines unwraped temselves, and flew towards the hologram. It burnt most of them, but not all of them. Some knocked her around. Jumped outof the vines, Maria sprinted towards the other girl, yelling, "Brastrolia!" Huge chunts of earth materialized and flew towards the hologram. They smashed into her, and she hit the ground. Stopping, Maria waited. A flame of fire shot at her and she leaped into the air. Touching ground, she squated again.
"Fratilar!" Leaves began to turn about, coming from no where. So many of them came that they twisted into a tornado. They flew towards Maria's double, and broke the hologram.
Maria stood up, and said, "Well, that was fun!" Turning, she said, "What ya think?"

Kameron was quite impressed. She applauded enthusiastically. "That was awesome! Water. Now that I'm thinking about it, I've never really met a person with the power of water--only the holograms I battle." Kam was silent for a moment, thinking of something else to say. She was exciting that shr finally met someone with the power oppisite of hers, though she had met a person with the power of ice before.. she was not very friendly. It was a good thing Maria was very kind.
"I, personally, think water holograms are the most challenging because of my fire powers--water puts out fire. Of course, the holograms can sometimes be more difficult that real live humans, and sometimes less difficult. It all depends. We'll see when we battle each other sooner or later here in the holoroom, just for fun of course," she said, smiling a bit. She wondered for a moment or two what fighting against another student would be like. At first she was almost ashamed to admit it, but--"To tell you the truth, I've never actually battled a real life human. I've only ever practiced on holograms, and maybe a few little evil critters down by the woods." Surprisingly, she didn't feel embarrassed about this. She was just excited to battle against her new friend.
She waited for Maria's reply.

Laughing, she turned back to Kameron. "Thanks. Having the power of Earth comes in handy." Smiling she paced around, waiting for Ember.
"So, would you consider battling me? You would be a formidable foe. Your skill is great." Looking around the room, she smiled. This was great. The school was great.
"Well, I dont use my powers against animals, unless they are the pest kind. I'm an animal lover. Oh! Did you meet my cat yet? His name is Clover. He was sitting on my bag when you came in!" As if on quiw(sp?) the long black cat slipped off the bag and ran to her, jumping up into her arms. She stroked him.
"So, have you seen any boys around here?" she asked.

Ember finally emerged from the Lockerroom and saw Maria and Kam talking. She ran over to them and hopped into their conversation.
"Well from gymnastics to powers to boys. I like the transition." Ember laughed.
"So, if we haven't seen any boys why don't we go and look for them? We could also practice our powers outside, it's a beautiful day and the sun is out. Don't forget I still have to show you MY powers. Come On. Let's Go!"
Ember ran towards the door and beckoned for Maria and Kam to follow her with a mischievious(sp?) grin on her face.

Kameron nodded, agreeing with Maria. "I love animals as well. Like you, I don't like those pesty little bug-like critters that pop out at you around the woods and the beach. Nasty little things," she said, shuddering slightly at the thought of the smily, grotesque creatures. "Even though I don't like them, I don't like to hurt them, even if they are pests." She touched the black cat's soft forehead. She heard a slight pur slip out of the cat's mouth. "Awww. He's adorable," Kam said, then turned to Ember, standing by the doors.
"All right, I don't mind if we go outside. I say we go to the Krystle Territory, maybe in the field? What do you say, Maria? We can practice battling out there, in the wide open sunshine."
Kam waited for Maria's answer, walking over to the door with Ember.
