[[ Continuation of the thread in Flying Fields called Flying Fun for Everyone ]]
As Kam reached the shore of the lake, she stood up, soaking wet. Her clothes were drenched and her hair was dripping. She looked out at the lake. De and Mieux were heading over to her. She wondered what Mieux's aquatic form looked like. She couldn't quite see it from her position, because Mieux was underwater at the moment.
"Are you okay?"
Kam called to De, her voice a little scratchy. She shivered as a strong gust of wind blew at her wet body, making her skin freezing cold. She stood there and waited.

De's vision was hazy as he felt the cold water of the lake. He was thankfully not underwater, as he had summoned Mieux's aquatic form right before impact. De then felt Mieux's body bobbing underneath him, moving impatiently. "Alright already, Mieux. We're going. Yeah, I'm fine!", he scoffed, before shoutig back to Kameron. The shark then slowly swam to shore.
De stood up on Mieux's back, stepping off onto shore. Walking over to Kameron, he commented, "I'll see if I can conjure some towels." De thought hard, visualizing the towels in his head. The space around he and Kameron began to distort, but, nothing else. His energy still hadn't recovered from the transformation.

Kameron shivered as tiny flurres of feathery snow floated calmly to the ground. As a gust of wind came rushing by, it blew the snow all around into Kam's hair. The blanket of snow on the ground now came up to Kameron's ankles, even with her shoes on. She pulled her jacket tighter around herself. She was surprised the lake haden't frozen yet.
She felt herself beginning to weaken more every second. She warmed her hands by blowing heat on them. With a point of her finger, a small blast of fire shot out, and she melted the snow around her feet, revealing the grassy, muddy edge of the lake. It warmed her up quite a bit, but it was no use. Her fire powers were getting weaker in this cold condition. She wouldn't be able to keep herself warm for much longer.
Nevertheless, as De arrived at the edge of the lake, she said, "We need to get some wood. I ca nstart a fire for us. The school is too far away to go back right now. I'm pretty sure Mieux is worn out, and freezing cold, I don't want to make him fly us back right now. He lost control up there, so obviously something is wrong," she said. She wanted to get inside, but she didn't want to harm or make suffer Mieux.
"Come on, there's some branches over there," she said, trudgin through the snow, as it got deeper with every layer of falling snowflakes.

De shivered spasmatically, breathing into his hands and rubbing them together every few seconds. He stood by Kameron, taking note of her ability with fire. How he wished he could conjure something right now. Snapping his finger, Mieux quickly swam to him, stepping up on the shore and turning back into a dog.
I'll try again...
De looked at Mieux, a thick blanket appearing on his back. The dog walked over to De, cuddling up to his leg. That was Mieux's way of saying thank you. "Yeah...but, Mieux didn't lose control. I think there was something up there....best not to go looking for trouble, though...", he replied, looking up at the sky. Leaving Kameron to get the wood, De held his hands in the air, the space in front of him beginning to warp.
Within seconds, a large igloo stood in front of the half-elf. It could probably fit two, comfortably. He then conjured a shovel, and began to dig into the floor of the igloo. The closer to the ground you were, the better. There was more heat the lower you got, and since the fire couldn't be in the igloo, any heat helped. With De and Mieux's combined efforts, the igloo's floor was quickly a little less than three feet deep. "That should do it", he announced, before beginning to dig a small fire pit.
Once done with that, the shovel disappeared, replaced by a fishing pole. De thought that Krystle Academy constantly replenished its supply of fish, so, maybe he could catch one or two. It's not like they could go anywhere else, anyways. As he sat fishing, a fur coat draped itself over De's shoulders, having just been conjured.
That's enough for now...I'm feeling a bit light-headed....

Kameron's back was turned this whole time, whereas, she was gathering firewood. When she turned around, a pile of twigs and small logs in her arms, an igloo had miraculously appeared, and De was fishing with a fur coat over his shoulders.
"What the--What the heck just happened?"
Kameron said, bringing the wood over to the igloo. She awaited De's response. If De had built the igloo himself, she must've been gathering wood for a looooong time.

De turned his head, smiling at Kameron. "Did you not know of my power? I'm a conjuror, silly!", he replied, turning back to the water. He laughed silently, feeling a tug on the line. Pulling the pole up, a large fish came out, and De's line went towards Kameron.
"Watch out!", De yelled, a cardboard box full of dry ice appearing in front of his friend. Thhe box then caught the fish, before slowly falling to the ground.
That was close...
De then cast his line back into the water, hoping to catch another one. He thought that he could share one with Kameron, and Mieux deserved one, as well. Mieux didn't really need to eat, but, it was a reward system with them.

((OOC: I feel like they're stranded in a desert... of snow... like suddenly they're cavemen...or cavepeople... more like igloo people, actually... lol xD))
Kameron was cautious and fortunately avoided the box. She certainly hoped De would catch something... if the lake didn't freeze by then. She felt as though they were stranded out there on the Krystle Territory. Her feeling happened to support the truth in some ways. She looked out into the distance, and could just barely see the school far off, almost completely hidden by the thick, white-gray fog.
As the snow poured down on the three, Kam, De, and Mieux, she wished she had a heavier coat. Didn't she have any sense to dress warmer when they were expecting snow? Well, it wasn't expectant anymore, it was falling down like there was no winter next year. She could barely feel the chill of the wind when her and De were racing at incredible speed at Flying Fiels, high above the ground. She figured it was because her mind was focused on the race, not on the weather.
She hugged her elbows, watched her warm breath mix with the cold air and form consensation. She imagined herself as a dragon, breathing out smoke. It always entertained her for at least a few minutes.
Kameron leaned against the stirdy igloo. It only made her more cold, the ice up against her body, which produced the only heat she had, held in by her jacket, which didn't trap the warmth for very long.
She sighed, then went over to a grove of trees with no leave, to gather more wood. She blew a small flame from her mouth, onto a good-sized stick, and held it up as a torch. It was going to be dark in less than an hour or so.
"I got us a torch..."
Kam called over to De, knowing the torch wouldn't last very long in the strong winds and falling snow.
"I'll go ahead and start the fir in the igloo,"
she said. She entered the igloo, and suddely became a wole lot warmer, but was still freezing cold. She dropped a pile of wood, branches, sticks, and twigs into the center of the igloo, and pointed her finger at it. A few sparks lit, and a small fire began.

((It's kind of funny, actually. XD ))
De really wasn't really effected by the cold. He was too concentrated on the fishing to worry about the icy weather. The heavy coat helped, too.
I didn't even think to conjure Kameron a coat.
About to conjure a coat, De felt a tug on his line. He then pulled back his rod, another fish flying out. Placing it in the box with the other, he entered the igloo, finding it intact. The bad thing about conjuration was that he couldn't replicate any element perfectly, even something like water or sno. But this also meant that its properties were different. So, his snow didn't melt.
"Honey, I'm home", he laughed, holding up the fish. De then conjured a pan, cooking utensils, plates, and silverware, laying back. A heavy coat then draped itself over Kameron's shoulders as De let out a sigh. "If you nee anything else, just give me the word", he yawned, closing his eyes.
Best leave the cooking to her. I want the food to be edible...

Kameron giggled at De's joke. She decided it'd be best for her not to fall asleep, one because they'd probably freeze to death, and two because she was pretty much responsible for their warmth. In the crisp cold, a halo of red-orange scarlet color glowed around Kam's entire body, showing off her heat. She hoped she would mel't the side of the igloo she was leaning on.
The fire was already dying down a bit. She pointed a finger at it with ease, and the flames suddenly rose high, bright, and strong. She was very hungry, so she helped herself to a piece of fish. She speared it with one of the stirdy twigs she had gathered, and held it over the crackling fire as if she were roasting a marshmallow.
She noticed Mieux hadn't entered the igloo. "Where's Mieux?" she wondered aloud, hoping she would get an answer from De, who looked very warn out.
